- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I contacted this company to resolve an issue. I wanted to get to the bottom of the situation but was unsuccessful due to the lack of "any" kind of professional assistance. The original agent( Julie) was so inept from the start that it wasn't a surprise that I caught her in some lies, and her reasoning was just off the wall. Requested to chat with a supervisor and he was no better by getting on the defensive side, putting words in my mouth, and all around just acting like a telephone tuff guy..All could have been avoided if they just followed their so called "vision statement" they post on their web site..For any anybody wanting to retain them I would avoid.. After all, my intentions were to simply get it "resolved"..People like this working for anybody would redefine the term " competence"..And lets not forget ethical..By Pete, August 28, 2017
