- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Apon arrival I was told I would be unable to proceed with my loan, after dealing with Susan addler for some time, I finally was told to wait for a loan officer. Susan never told me she would be on break for one hour. I continually waited for some time, then saw the loan officer come out on a private call. That is when I found out I would have to wait even longer for her. Due to the fact that she had to go to the bathroom to relive herself after she was done with her hour lunch break.By iLyDily, November 25, 2016
