  I went in to inquire about transfering a student loan, the receptionist was very friendly however the actual banker/loan advisor was absolutely rude. I didn't catch her name but she was the first office on the left. She clearly thought I was young, dumb, and broke because she acted as if she I wouldn't qualify anyways. Additionally, she told me they only do loans online which I know not to be true, and that it doesn't matter anyways because they don't do student loan transfers/financing and no credit unions do. Upon leaving I called Security Credit Union and not only were they much nicer than this woman, they took the time to actually answer questions. No surprise, like most credit unions, they work with student loan transfers. It's very sad that one presumptuous rude woman ruined my experience at this location. I will be purchasing a home in the spring but will be taking my business elsewhere.

  I have a car loan through dort federal. Though the people are friendly, I have issues with my car payment not being taken out of my account when it is supposed to be. The first time setting up my car payments, I had to go in twice to set it up and later received a letter saying that I was so many days late on my car payment. It also happened a second time where my payment was supposed to be taken out of my account on the 18th and the 24th I receive another piece of mail saying that I'm late again.

  This bank has done a good job of not messing up my account which I appreciate. But their phone support is TERRIBLE! They are a local credit union, not a national bank so I don't understand why every time I call I'm on hold for 15 mins or longer. The Fenton location has great tellers, but who ever answers the phone is always in a bad mood. I guess if you can get past these two annoying things then this bank will work well for you.

  ATM, friendly, service. Clean and state of the art banking. Easy to get a loan. Great place to do your banking!!
